STEP 2 - Your First Schedule
You
are now ready to create your initial schedule. The easiest way to put in
your first schedule is to enter one of your already prepared schedules. Once the
initial schedule is entered you can copy it into future weeks using Import (clearing
the assignments) and then AutoFill to get the best assignments for the new week.
More about entering your first Schedule >
You also can create your schedule with open (unassigned) shifts so that helper can log in and choose the shifts they want. After entering your first schedule your work is done...all that is left to do is Publish so that your Helpers can view it online.
STEP 3 - Future Weeks - Automatic
Scheduling
In future weeks simply navigate to the new week and use Import to bring in the previous week's schedule (or a template you have saved), clearing the assignments and make any necessary changes to the shifts. Use AutoFill to automatically assign the shifts to the best Helpers for that particular week. AutoFill will honor time off and any time preferences set by Helpers along with their maximum hours/shift per day/week to create the best schedule possible. More about AutoFill > Publish the schedule to make it viewable by Helpers when they sign in. When you Publish, Helpers also receive notifications of their schedules if their e-mail is entered. More > Quickly send sign-in instructions to all Helpers who have not yet signed in. More >
