Coordinators (with permission to edit shifts) can click on a shift and see a link to
access the "Shift History" which showsa log of change details for the last
30 days. This can be useful to track who changed a shift and when the
change occurred.
When Helpers trade or pick up a shift you
will see the Helper that "changed" a shift along with when
the shift was originally created and any other changes were made. Note Paid Full
Version users can block tradeboard use, or require each trade or pickup request
be approved by the Coordinator.
Viewing the Shift History:
From any Schedule View
- Click the shift to open the EDIT Shift window
- Click the Shift History link in the upper right
