Show Schedules to Non-Helpers, Third Party
IAs the main manager on the account, you can add new coordinator logins and
restrict that login to not be able to add or edit your shifts.
But an easier and probably safer way to allow the third party to access might be to create a dummy Helper in their name and give them the Helper login only. That way they won't have Coordinator access to your account and will be able to see Helper information (since Coordinators can always see Helper's email, address, phone, etc). Instead giving them just a Helper login would allow them to log in as the Helpers do, so see "everyone's schedule," and therefore see all the shifts but not make any changes or view any employee information that hasn't been chosen by the Helper to share (like email or phone). You will want to carefully consider whether it is appropriate for the third party to have access to your entire account data, especially if you are allowing them manager access to all the Helper information (like addresses, time off, preferences, etc). Perhaps you could even just create a PDF of the schedule each day and email it to the third party as needed instead of allowing them even Helper access. For Paid Version users, only the names listed in your "Helper" section count for billing purposes, you can have an unlimited number of Coordinator logins on your account and they will not count towards your Helper total.
